How do I make an appointment?

The quickest way is to click "Book Appointment" at the top of our home page. Take a look at all the options available and select the one that fits your needs. If multiple issues, book "Diagnostic" and be as detailed as possible.

Do you repair phone screens or replace batteries?

I do not provide hardware repairs for phones (screens, ports or batteries). For these services, contact Moon Dance Repair in Coos Bay at 541-808-3758.

Do you make house calls

We do not make house calls at this time, all appointments are for instore drop of or Remote Support for members/current clients. We only go on site to businesses at this time.

Office hours are Monday - Friday by appointment only 12-2pm and Saturday Walk-ins 12-2pm. The quickest way to get support is to click "Book Appointment" at the top of our website. If there are multiple issues, book "Diagnostic" and be as detailed as possible.

Do you work on Printers?

How do I get a hold of you?

The best way to get a hold of me is via text message at 541-590-2474 due to the nature of my business I am not available to answer the phone if I am with a client or working on a computer. Where are you located / store hours?

FTS is located at 1255 Bay Street in Old Town Florence, Oregon at the west end inside of Ärtêfacts, which is next to Books n' Bears. Office hours are not published because it varies as I am by appointment only.
