One-time remote session for non-members
Service Description
Need help but don't want to leave home? With your permission, Jolene connects to your computer over the internet using a secure remote tool and fixes the problem while you watch. This is a one-time remote session (up to 1 hour) for non-members. Tech Support Members: your remote sessions are FREE. Please book through your member portal instead.
Cancellation Policy
Remote Support sessions must be paid in full ($125) online when you book. Payment is required to reserve your appointment, and we do not accept payment in the store for remote sessions. Your session is up to 1 hour. When you book, you are reserving a time slot that is no longer available to others. If you need to change your time, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email and text us at (541) 590-2474. Thank you for choosing FTS Computer Repair.
